Senior Business Development Executive  - ERP Solutions
 


Main responsibilities:
 

  • Identify and engage potential Belgian market customers for the company's portfolio solutions, while developing a strong pipeline of leads;
  • Customize solutions to address specific industry needs and client pain points through consultative sales;
  • Develop strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure ongoing satisfaction;
  • Reach sales targets by implementing effective strategies and staying abreast of market trends and competitors;
  • Collaborate internally for seamless sales-to-deployment transitions, maintaining accurate sales records.


Requirements:

 

  • 5+ years of successful ERP technology/software sales experience;
  • An understanding of technology solutions and the ability to quickly learn about portfolio products and services;
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results-driven, self-motivated, and customer-centric approach;
  • Good understanding of the Belgium business landscape, including the needs and challenges of local businesses;
  • Fluency in Dutch/French and English is required.
