Grove Global Consult is a consulting and recruitment agency, providing strategic consulting services in the areas of the private business sector worldwide.
For one of our clients - a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Retention Manager with English.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior management team to identify clients’ key initiatives, and provide solutions to ensure our clients receive value for the services they have purchased
- Creating and developing different sales strategies and proactively leading their implementation
- Build strong customer relationships by ensuring outstanding user experience and satisfaction
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, operational efficiency, and quality
- Manage the on-boarding of new clients and renewal of existing clients
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar managerial position, managing 25+ people
- Fluent in English
- Highly- motivated and responsible person, who has the energy and passion to push the boundaries and reach his personal and company’s goals
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
- Proven client relationships management skills at a senior level
