Grove Global Consult is a consulting and recruitment agency, providing strategic consulting services in the areas of the private business sector worldwide.
For one of our clients, a fast-growing company, we are looking for a  Reinsurance Senior Expert.
 

As a Reinsurance Senior Expert, you will:
 

  • Strategically plan reinsurance activities in alignment with company needs and requirements.
  • Handle the renewal and upkeep of automatic reinsurance treaties.
  • Lead negotiations for facultative reinsurance contracts and special acceptances.
  • Analyze insurance portfolios across various business lines to identify major risks.
  • Organize facultative reinsurance for large or non-standard risks.
  • Manage correspondence with reinsurers and related institutions on contract terms, quotations, and daily issues.
  • Prepare cover notes, reports, and bordereau for internal and external reinsurers.
  • Compile technical accounts for ceded premiums, claims, and commissions.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Forecast and monitor the company's reinsurance results over a five-year period.
  • Oversee the implementation of an effective internal control system and compliance with audit requirements.
     

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (international experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Economics/Insurance degree is a plus).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and specialized software.
