Job description

Greenelm Properties is a small maintenance provider. We are mainly based in Dublin and surrounding areas. We are seeking an electrician to join our team and provide professional electrical services to our customers' satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with a valid RECI qualification and registration.

Key Responsibilities

To perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing effective and timely solutions.

Maintain a secure working environment by complying with safety protocols and regulations.

Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives and completion deadlines.

Requirements

RECI qualified and registered. (Mandatory)

Relevant electrical qualifications and/or certifications

Proven experience as an electrician in commercial and residential settings

Ability to work on your own initiative and with a team.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and circuitry

Awareness of Health and Safety requirements appropriate to the role.

Driver's Licence (Mandatory)

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
