For one of our clients, a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Pricing Actuary.

Responsibilities:

• Innovate Products: Spearhead the development of new insurance products and redesign existing offerings to stay ahead in the market.
• Pricing Expertise: Take charge of preparing tariffs and implementing price changes for our products to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Risk Modeling: Develop robust risk models aligned with standards to enhance our risk management framework.
• Data Analysis and Portfolio Monitoring: Utilize your analytical skills for data preparation, portfolio monitoring, and proposing corrective measures to optimize business performance.
• Tool Development: Create cutting-edge tools for portfolio monitoring, enhancing efficiency and decision-making within the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Group Pricing team, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange.
• Strategic Projects: Participate in cross-country transformational projects, harmonizing products and processes for enhanced organizational efficiency.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of market and competitor price levels to inform our pricing strategy.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond promptly to ad hoc analysis requests, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
• Employee Education: Share your expertise by educating colleagues in terms of internal development, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master's degree in mathematics, engineering, economics, or actuarial science.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating proficiency in pricing and risk management.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with a systematic and analytical approach to tasks.
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Team Player: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with flexibility in adapting to evolving tasks.
