Phone Support with Italian, German or French and English – Night Shifts

For one of our clients – a well-established company, known for their outstanding services
and products. We are searching for adaptable, bright and customer-focused people for the
role of Phone Support with Italian, German or French and English – Night Shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Being the first point of contact for the customers;
* Approaching each case with a bright and friendly disposition;
* Handling customers questions and issues via email, phone or chat;
* Maintaining the information loop by ensuring that information can flow freely;
* Following progress on special cases and escalating further according to company’s rules;
* Adding call script to the ticket and forwarding it to team responsible for the escalated case;
* Following up on new updates and implementing changes.

Requirements:
* Proficient in German or French and English language;
* Open and friendly, customer focused and positive approach to work;
* Well acquainted with MS Office applications (mostly Word and Excel);
* Motivated and available to work on late shifts;
* Some understanding of computing technology and willingness to learn more;
* Prior experience in a customer support environment is a plus.
