Requirements:
- Good team player, client-focused, and high attention to detail
- Passion for Human Resources and Recruitment
- A flexible, independent, self-reliant, and reliable way of working
- Strong communication and organizational skills and a high degree of team spirit
- Degree with a reference to Human Resources
- Result-oriented and ability to prioritize tasks
- Very good verbal and written communication in English
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing
- Sourcing and attracting active and passive candidates through different channels - social media, professional networks, job boards
- Build strong partnerships with the business area you support and candidates to drive client and candidate satisfaction
- Employer branding activities along with shaping a candidates attraction strategy
- Flexibility in attracting and recruiting talent
