We are looking for an iRobot Support Specialist with German and English for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Manage technical service inquiries related to iRobot products and provide information and support via email or phone
- As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in German and English.
