We are currently seeking a highly responsible and experienced candidate to fill the position of Head of Customer Service for one of our clients, a brand in the online casinos and sports betting industry. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to lead and excel in a dynamic and growing field.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute customer service strategy, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
  • Set goals and objectives for the customer support team.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and empower customer service agents to foster a high-performance
  • environment.
  • Implement and maintain effective methods for gathering customer satisfaction data.
  • Prepare monthly shift schedules.
  • Provide support to other departments on customer service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and document workflow.


We expect from you:

  • A minimum of 3 years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record in a customer service management role, with relevant experience in gaming, gambling, or high-risk industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective decision-making abilities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
