We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experienced Financial Transactions
Specialist with English to join our client’s team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of payment processes and various types of bank transfers
- including SCT, SIP, SDD, SWIFT, BISERA, and FPS;
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing transfers with meticulous attention to detail;
- Ensure strict compliance with company rules and procedures during the processing of transfers;
- Perform manual reviews of transfer-related documents to ensure adherence to departmental procedures;
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk Departments on fraud detection and investigations;
- Maintain correspondence with correspondent banks regarding transfer activities;
- Assist in the administration, maintenance, and improvement of payment processing systems.
Requirements:
- Background in Economics, Finance, or related field;
- Strong analytical and statistical skills and familiarity with international payment systems;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of Compliance policies is advantageous;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word;
- Demonstrated tactfulness and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
