Our client is an IT consulting company that helps established organizations choose the right software solution for them and implement it as quickly, efficiently and smoothly as possible. In the past 15+ years they have successfully completed hundreds of business software implementation projects such as Business Intelligence systems, ERP, Financial Management Software (FPM), Financial Disclosure solutions and XBRL. For their growing team, they are looking for an experienced:


ERP Solutions Manager


Main duties & responsibilities:

• Lead ERP implementation teams & projects for various external clients;
• Distribute tasks and organize teams involved in implementation, customization and support of ERP solutions;
• Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects & processes;
• Provide strategic consultation to clients on how to prepare their business processes for digitalization;
• Participate in pre-sales activities with strategic clients - demos and presentations;
• Ensure effective product knowledge sharing in the teams;
• Effectively collaborate with other teams /inside and outside of the the company/;
• Drive & follow essential internal business processes aligned toward satisfying our customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• University Degree;
• 5+ years on a leadership role with application-centric functional or technical responsibilities;
• Excellent business process understanding and their digitalization across various functions & industries;
• Previous Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution experience;
• Ability to adapt to a variety of clients and industries;
• Good self-awareness and resilience
• Strong initiative, communication, interpersonal and team-building skills;
• Proven creativity, the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions;
• Ability to focus on client service and strive to exceed clients' needs;
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to tackle problems systematically, to determine causes and produce effective solutions;
• Previous experience in ERP implementation & integration is an advantage;
• Knowledge in finance, accounting and tax legislation is an advantage.
