For one of our clients a fast-growing company, we are looking for a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence.

As a Data Analyst/BI, you'll play a pivotal role in our client’s organization, bridging the gap between data and decision-makers. Here's what you'll be doing:

Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from diverse sources and ensure its quality and relevance through preprocessing
  • Data Exploration: Utilize statistical tools to delve into data, identifying patterns, outliers, and anomalie
  • Data Visualization: Craft visually compelling representations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
  • Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze data to address business questions, forecast trends, and uncover opportunities
  • Report Creation: Generate concise reports summarizing key findings and metrics for stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with departments like marketing and sales to understand their data needs and provide valuable insight
  • Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical models to make predictions and infer relationships among variables
  • Tools & Software Mastery: Master a variety of tools and software including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Excel for data handling and analysis
  • Continuous Learning:Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analysis and explore advanced topics like machine learning or big data analytics


Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful insights
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to tackle diverse data challenges and derive actionable solutions
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
  • Experience: Proven 10+ years of experience experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command over tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
  • Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of statistical methods and models for data analysis and inference
  • Collaborative Nature: Aptitude for working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with colleagues from various departments.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing business requirements and embrace new technologies and methodologie
  • Continuous Learning Mindset: Eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of data analysis and related technologies
