Our client is an Austrian insurance company specializing in premium insurance services for the transportation and logistics industry internationally. With over 40 years of experience, they have built a reputation as a trusted business partner for companies of various sizes globally. Their service portfolio is focused on enhancing the safety of the logistics industry and businesses themselves. As they expand their presence in Bulgaria, they are currently seeking a motivated:


Customer Service Representative with German (Insurance Products)


Responsibilities:

- Supporting sales teams or client-facing agents by providing necessary documentation, policy details, or client information
- Issuing and recording insurance policies as required
- Creating primary invoices and assistance with premium collection
- Maintaining proper documentation of policy changes
- Issuing certificates, insurance confirmations
- Gathering necessary documentation, entering data, and ensuring the timely progression of claims processes
- Maintaining proper data entry in the system

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience on a customer facing role with German language in the insurance or financial services industry
- Exceptional analytical abilities, affinity to numbers and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent phone communication etiquette
- Strong skills in data management and familiarity with insurance software systems would be a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication capabilities in both German & English
