We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Business development will be considered an advantage
- Experience selling products or services
- Self-motivated with excellent planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Proactive and positive with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience in negotiating and presenting solutions
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
Responsibilities:
- Maintain close communication with clients on the progress of projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding/interest in Human Resources field - an advantage
- A self-initiated person, oriented towards achieving results
- Develop new client’s relationships by identifying and engaging high potential lead sources
- Define client requirements and needs
- Collaborate with team members to convert leads into new clients
