For one of our clients – a giant in the field of online entertainment, specializing in customer
experience services. We are searching for attentive, motivated and results-driven individuals
for the role of Back-Office Care Agent with Czech, French, German, Italian, Spanish or
Portuguese and English - Late shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customers questions and issues via chat and email, and assisting them the
best way you can;
* Providing fast, clear solutions and guiding customers through the issue-resolving process;
* Discussing different upcoming promotions and changes with the customers and building
their trust by listening actively and empathizing with them;
* Keeping with the company’s guidelines and finishing any other tasks regarding customers
experience that are assigned to you by management;
* Expanding your knowledge of the business process and working towards reaching targets;
* Supporting others when needed and offering suggestions for improving the process where
you see fit.

Requirements:
* Great command of Czech, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese and English
languages both verbal and written;
* Previous experience in a customer support role will be considered an advantage, as well as
any other experience relative to online gaming or payment processing;
* Customer-oriented, with great people-skills and manners, ready to provide the best service;
* Motivated and attentive to details, able to evaluate the situation and adapt to it;
* Able to multitask, consider multiple options and make solid decisions;
* Familiar with different modes of communication and common office tools and apps.
